ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / HYBRID – UK BASED / SALARY UP TO £52K PLUS OTE AND COMPANY BENEFITS

This is a unique new position within the business and is ideally suited to individuals with the hunger and drive mentality to assist with growth and continued expansion.

Knowledge & Skills required

Ideally from a financial services background
Would be of an advantage to be fluent in at least one of the following languages – German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Italian or French alongside be fluent in English.
Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Highly competent and confident in group and individual presentations
Highest degree of enthusiasm and initiative, while able to remain focused on the tasks at hand
Ability to work in a hug pressured environment

Essential duties & Responsibilities

Own the end to end sales support process
Meet KPIs in line with business objectives
Manage existing and prospecting for new programs within the portfolio of customers
Support portfolio targets in spend and revenue
Maintain customer plans and update in Salesforce.
Grow customer relationships – including via European Travel
Publicise with clients and business networks about WEX’s thought leadership in the Corporate Payments markets.
Support manager in executing commercial strategy
