What you’ll do in this role:
As a member of the management team, a passion for hospitality is a must - we will develop your skills & expertise when it comes to our products and help you to craft your career in a fantastic, ever evolving environment. All applicants must have previous experience in a hospitality pub or bar role and at least 1 years experience in a assistant mgr role.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM YOU’LL…
- Greet, serve and look after our guests so they go home happy
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
- Be a champion of the Nicholson’s brand
- Know the menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests
- Cashing up,securing the business,managing a team of 6 , adhering to health & safety policy & tasks.
- Support with social media posts
- Cash up tills, float tills, open & close of businesses
- Stock takes
- Support in training of team
- Driving business forward & reaching targets
- Support GM in ensure the business adheres to all health & safety procedures
- Be coached in Mitchells & Butlers health & safety & licensing training.
