Role Introduction
The National Will Register® is the Law Society’s endorsed provider of a national Will Register and is chosen, endorsed and used by the public, legal profession, law firms, PI insurers, Government agencies, charities and other associated sectors and organisations to Register Wills and Search for Wills. We seek an experienced individual to fulfil an Administrative position in a small, hardworking and friendly team. This full-time position will play an integral role in the ongoing and growing customer service aspect of our business, and the core services our company offers. What You Will Do
- Duties of the Administrator:
- Data processing and ensuring records are kept up to date in the relevant systems
- Handling a number of cases, at any one time, and ensuring they are all brought to a thorough conclusion and reports issued
- Answering incoming calls from the public and solicitors
- Provide administrative support to other departments as requires
What You Will Have
- Requirements of the Administrator:
- Fast and accurate at data entry using system
- Confident in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
- Customer service orientated with excellent written and verbal conversational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks
