We are looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for handling our company's new sales opportunities such as new websites or internal software. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in Sales Management and the ability to lead teams of various sizes. In addition to this, you should have technical knowledge of how to integrate the modern technologies and other technical stuff in your work to make a good product. MBA or Business Management qualifications are a plus.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for growing your own team (recruitment & development).
  • Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Managing day to day operations of projects.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising relevant information.
  • Establishing effective sales strategies, complete with ongoing data analysis
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful sale elements.
  • Liaising with the General Manager and other Department Heads

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field..
  • Proven experience in sales and budget management.
  • Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in Marketing and/or Advertising in a similar environment preferable.
