Our client based in Crayford is seeking a Sales Administrator:
Salary: up to £26.000 pa (depending on relevant work experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week - 8.00am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday
1 hour lunch break
Benefits: 6.5% company pension contribution, free parking
Holiday: 22 days + BH, after 3 full year of service 25days + BH
Sales Administrator role:
Responsible for various key tasks within the sales department, including:
· first to answer the phone, take accurate messages and pass calls through to relevant colleague.
· daily manual filing of sales paperwork and data entry duties
· first to meet and greet all visitors to site
· dealing with incoming and outgoing post - using franking machine
· set up meeting room and refreshments
once fully trained other duties will be introduced:
· typing quotations
· customer liaison – offering options on technical products
· order taking
Full training given
Sales Administrator skills required:
· High level of attention to detail
· Computer literate, accurate IT skills are essential - Word, Excel, Outlook
· Flexibility, hardworking, reliable
· Excellent telephone manner
· Willingness and aptitude for learning about a diverse range of products
