About You:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor/Partner to join our busy HR team and supporting our Managed House (pubs) teams. This is a part-time maternity cover for 12 months and we are looking for someone who can work 22.5 hours per week. We are open to discussion on working pattern and location. Ideally this would involve working at least 1 day from our Brewery based in Blandford Forum.
The main focus of this role is Employee Relations (ER). You will be advising and coaching managers across a wide range of people matters and able to confidently manage your own casework. Some of the tasks you may get involved in include:
Assisting with the process for investigations, grievances, disciplinaries and appeals, providing advice to the manager and note-taking where necessary- Manage Occupational Health provision
- Providing managers with sound advice on policies and procedures
- Be the first point of contact for managers and team members who need support and guidance in the region you are supporting
- Assist with ongoing HR projects

- Salary up to £36k (FTE) dependent on experience. Please note this is a part-time role and therefore your salary will be calculated pro-rata
