Job Description-
· To welcome new applicants to PTS and send out the appropriate application pack
· To support applicants with their packs and provide any advice in completing them.
· To complete credit checks on applicants and identify any issues to overcome.
· To liaise with various members of the team in the signing off process.
· To create and issue contacts and host training calls for applicants and issue log ins
· To support members in using the system, answering email, phone, and webchat queries.
· Phone times are limited and shared out amongst the team to ensure you have ample time to organise your day and manage your workload effectively.
