Job description
Group Sales Administrator required in Chepstow.
Reporting to the Group Sales Administration Team Leader and working with a friendly accounts & administration team in a state-of-the-art office facility, as a Group Sales Administrator, you will work be responsible for providing a pro-active support to our client's vehicle sales and management teams in the function of processing sales to the point of delivery.
This will include vehicle registration and taxation via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.
The successful Group Sales Administrator would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/CDK preferable).
Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or within a similar administration orientated role is highly desired however not essential.
If you do not boast prior Sales Administration experience within the motor trade, a detailed career within administration in another sector is required.
