Job description
Our firm is seeking a Sales Manager to encourage his or her team members to produce quality product delivered on time and within budget. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the development of sales teams and implementing sales strategies to ensure the profitability of our products as well as the optimisation of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of all staff members.
- Coach and motivate all staff members in a positive manner.
- Ensure that each team meets its sales targets.
- Oversee and direct the development of departmental policies and procedures that are related to sales processes, sales training, and sales management.
- Monitor the sales process to ensure it is being carried out effectively.
- Review Sales reports on a routine basis and identify trends to ensure that sales are being made in the most profitable areas for the company.
- Build good relationships with customers' by listening attentively, building rapport, demonstrating concern, and ensuring customers' expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,905.00-£51,168.00 per year
