Job description
We are looking for a candidate to support a managing director of our bookkeeping business. The ideal candidate would be friendly, approachable, and extremely organised. The job role is fully remote. However, the training and interviews will be held in Bristol. All of the equipment you require for this role will be provided, and full training will also be provided.
Any successful candidate will be required to have a DBS check, and any offer is subject to referencing.
Skills required:
- High proficiency with MS Outlook, Calendar, Word, and Excel and able to quickly master business management systems.
- Confident and able to persistently follow-up actions until complete.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Proactive and cheerful personnel skills.
- CRM experience.
- HR experience (preferred)
- Bookkeeping experience (preferred)
Key duties include:
· Supporting directors and senior management with any tasks.
· Updating confidential details for a range of customers.
· Working with multiple software providers.
· Updating spreadsheets.
· Assisting with HR duties.
· Creating documents.
· Updating financial records.
