Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Whitley, Coventry
Rate: £11.85ph PAYE
Employment Type: Contract (8 months)
Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Co-ordinator will provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the organisation, transacting all offer and onboarding activities in-line with work instructions and within agreed timescales. Give recruitment advice and respond to queries, working in-line with the recruitment policies and processes.
Compliance/Audit and Document Management:
- Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system as required.
- Create, file and maintain filing system.
- Support compliance queries.
- Support auditing activites.
Support the HR Direct Ticketing activity and Inbox:
- Managing tickets to completion.
- Escalating any challenges to Manager.
- Liaising with other departments when required.
- Liaising with candidates and Managers.
- Managing Email inboxes for Recruitment Team and professionally responding to enquiries and requests, ensuring the advice given is accurate, in accordance with our client's policy and reflects best practices.
Support Management Team:
- Support new starters into the team by setting themselves up for the site.
- Providing general admin support.
Offer and Onboarding:
- To produce and issue contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions letters within SLA and 100% accuracy.
- Manage background checks for both internal and external candidates.
- Send onboarding links within SLA.
- Follow up on candidates from offer acceptance moving them to the Onboarding stage, providing any support required.
- Initiate Visa sponsorship requests and follow-up with the immigration team until the candidate is onboarded, keeping the candidate and Hiring Manager informed during the process.
Talent Support:
- Allocating roles within the applicant tracking system in line with the agreed SLA.
- Support other HR processes and projects as required.
- Interview scheduling and booking candidates on-site or visitors.
- Processing travel expenses claims.
- Generating reports as required.
- Previous success in a busy administrative role.
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business information such as business emails and HR or recruitment communications etc..
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates and the public.
- Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team, hiring manager and candidates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and the willingness to learn technology systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, work collaboratively problem solve while maintaining flexibility and meeting timelines.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Previous use of SAP SuccessFactors recruiting.
