We have fantastic opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our rapidly growing renewbales sales team.
Job roles will include
- Speaking to customers daily
- Confirming all information is correct
- Liaising with accounts department confirming payments have been received
- Working alongside sales reps, electricians and surveyors ensuring all orders have gone through
- Updating our database with customers details and where orders are
- Answering telephones
- General administration duties
Standard requirements
- Extremely good phone manner
- Administration experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- The ability to work solely and part of a team
- An organised individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Multi-task oriented
- Have a can do attitude, be adaptable to change and have the ability to work to specific targets and deadlines
- Customer focused, dealing with a large customer database and come from a retail sales background
