We’re currently on the lookout for an exceptional Property Administrator (You don’t have experience you say?..........Don’t worry we can teach you everything you need know to grow you into the rockstar we know you are.
Responsibilities;
- Ensuring all paperwork including, referencing, guarantor agreements, tenancy agreements for new tenancies are processed quickly and efficiently within the given deadlines.
- Complete any mid-tenancy paperwork such as Deed of Assignments, Deed of Surrenders, Tenancy Addendums, Section 21s Notices, and occasionally Section 8 Notices.
- Take inbound calls and answer questions relating to paperwork and new tenancies.
- Work alongside our utility company to try and upsell bills packages to new tenants {this may be target driven}.
- Work closely with all other teams within the business ensuring the full “Sign up” process from start to finish runs smoothly.
- Assist the property management team during the summer months with move ins and preparing in-house move in packs.
- Keep landlords and managing agents updated with paperwork and tenant applications, and then send necessary paperwork to them once completed.
- Liaise with preparing tenants face to face in the office as well as stay in constant communication with them over the phone.
- Keep records in the form of spreadsheets and keep our in-house systems updated with the progress of preparing tenancies.
Knowledge of property licensing and regulations would be desirable for the role.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm but there may be a requirement in busy times to work overtime at weekends (with time back in lieu). The role is office based.

Salary: Up to £21,000.00 per year
