The role
Required to start ASAP, Culcheth High school are looking to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in our popular and oversubscribed school. To be successful you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and an affinity to working with young people. You will be able to build effective relationships and act as a positive role model to our students. You will be patient and calm but also resilient and assertive in nature. You will have high expectations of our students, treat them consistently, with respect and consideration, and demonstrate concern for their development as learners.
The successful candidate will be required to work 28 hours, 5 days per week, term time only. This role is permanent. A relevant qualification and previous experience of working within a Teaching Assistant role is essential.
