Working in a vibrant and fast paced environment, we seek individuals who are resilient, tenacious, have excellent communication and organisational skills with a knack for resolving problems. You should preferably have a good understanding of property sales progression and be able to build a rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
You should be comfortable working with data, sales, customer service, building rapport, objective handling. Property knowledge is important but not the priority and a passion for the property market (if you are not already working in this sector) will speak volumes.
You will be joining a team that is vibrant, resilient and extremely collaborative, both internally and across the business. Hopefully you are too! This is critical because you will be collaborating with other departments while also taking your responsibilities seriously as you will be responsible for the administration and progression of the sale of properties on behalf of our customers. There administrative work to do as you ensure that completion dates and deadlines for all properties under the scope of this role are met.
You should be familiar in sales and/or have property knowledge
What else?
Some of the duties include (but not limited to:
- Cover negotiator duties as and when required
- Monitor the progress of all transactions with all parties involved
- Communicating with all parties to ensure the transaction is progressed as soon as possible.
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and satisfy then exceed customer expectations
- Complete customer records and update records in IT system
- Recording key milestones on the system to update vendor portal.
- Manage and maintain all administrative systems and procedures.
- Type up all property details adding photographs and floor plans
- Prepare files and check all required information for marketing is valid and correct
- Order EPC’s and monitor for return
- Send out all correspondence to vendors on a timely basis
- Prepare and update displays of properties
- Liaise on a day to day basis with customers and satisfy then exceed customer enquiries
- Book viewings using IT system
- Complete customer records and update records in IT system
- Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service
