At HWG we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Your primary goal will be to help us meet our growth targets and lead the development of our sales force. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and a unique ability to influence people positively.
Responsibilities:
Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to exceed customers' expectations. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance their performance and keep them up-to-date with industry trends.
Motivation: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass their targets. Use your emotional intelligence to create a positive and empowering work environment that fosters collaboration and encourages team members to perform at their best.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and action plans that align with the company's growth objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to adapt to market changes and trends.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the sales process and drive better results.
Customer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a customer-centric approach across the team.
Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, dedication to results, and commitment to the company's values and mission. Set clear expectations and objectives for the sales team and provide regular feedback to enhance their performance.
Innovation: Embrace the company's forward-thinking approach and actively contribute to identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement. Champion innovation within the sales team and drive the adoption of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a sales-oriented organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate individuals at all levels.
- Strong track record of developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Results-driven and highly motivated with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with the latest sales tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
