Bar Staff
potter wheel wheather spoons is a Swansea-based, family-owned and operated restaurant group. We are looking for a reliable Bar Staff to help with the management and maintenance of the bar. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of tasks with attention to detail and discretion, as well as adhere to all applicable health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces and tables.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix drinks based on customers’ requests.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the bar.
- Answer patrons’ questions about our drinks menu.
- Stay up-to-date with new drinks and food offerings.
- Stock inventory and food supplies.
- Work cooperatively with other team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar preferred but not required.
