About the business division:
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) has more than 3500 employees working in New York, Frankfurt, Singapore and 26 other countries. The CAO is primarily composed of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Compliance, Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Jointly, the CAO functions provide the strong and necessary control environment for our bank to deliver on its strategy and to enter a phase of sustainable growth going forward. About the role:
As part of your Graduate Programme in CAO, you will gain insights into all our areas and will be involved in day-to-day operations as well as projects. In doing so, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the administrative, strategic and economic interrelationships of banking business, as well as risk management with regards to regulation and financial crime. Your specific assignments and tasks will vary based on which team you join. You will gain a wide range of skills and benefit from the expertise of experienced and international teams.
What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
