We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and talented sales Director/VP to join our fast-growing startup in the rapidly expanding data security industry to help us grow.
This is a unique opportunity to be the first boots on the US ground and build a sales team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy sales leader and builder who is passionate about building a winning sales culture, developing top-performing teams, and delivering revenue growth.
This leader should have vast sales experience in selling technical Cyber Security products to large enterprises companies (3,000+ employees)
Reports to the CEO, Based - in the east coast (remote)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the US market
- Consistently generate, review, and monitor revenue pipeline and new client leads to sustainably grow the business
- Serving as a hands-on sales leader and actively closing deals while leading by example
- Continuously assess and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand generation programs
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the board and senior leadership
- Analyze and report on sales performance, including pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and other key metrics
- Innovate and develop new ways to sell enterprise software
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience in B2B SaaS companies selling to large enterprises companies (3,000+ employees)
- 4+ years experience in selling technical Cyber Security products
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
