Fiena London is looking for a vibrant, sophisticated & positive character to lead on membership sales. Now onto the serious stuff...Asides from the 'having a great time, hanging with great people'... What will the job really entail?
- Leading and hosting new membership sales calls : you will be responsible for getting to know prospective members (professional women aged 30 - 45) and then ensuring they have a great time at Fiena, post sale.
- Managing our membership inbox: you will be confident writing emails, answering member enquiries & resolving issues & disputes
- Greeting members at Fiena events, ensuring everyone is happy and having a fabulous time. You should be a social butterfly who loves to facilitate conversations and be around people
- Membership Sales & Business Development: you must be resourceful and excited to find new ways to grow the Fiena London membership database.
Although this is a sales & community management role - your secondary duties will include event hosting & management.
You will be:
- An eloquent & diplomatic communicator
- Sympathetic & attentive to member needs
- Target driven & hungry to hit monthly membership acquisition goals
- Fun, social and outgoing with a bubbly and welcoming energy,
- Amazing at ‘reading’ people: who they are, what they want & how to make sure they are happy with the club
This role is perfect for someone who has worked in hospitality, hotel concierge, lifestyle management or sales in any capacity. Understanding of CRM, sales systems would be a plus.
Full training will be provided: we’re really looking for a culture fit; someone who has a big personality and exudes the values that Fiena was built on.
