Who We Are
Elite Aesthetics is a discretely located CQC Medical & Aesthetics clinic in the heart of Ingress Park, in Greenhithe. We are known predominantly for our PRP & intimate health treatments, however offer an array of skin, face & body treatments. We are led by award winning & world renowned doctor, Dr Shirin Lakhani. Dr Shirin is known and loved for her patient care, as well as her knowledge of intimate health & menopause. Dr Shirin is constantly in the media & press to share the medical benefits of these treatments. Here at Elite, we have patient safety at the forefront of what we do. We only recommend treatments that the patient needs & nothing more.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced booking & Enquiry Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a new role to support with our enquiries on a day to day basis, and working with an opportunity pipeline to ensure all enquiries are dealt with efficiently. This role can be a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home. The day to day duties will include:
- Managing the patient journey from Enquiry to consultation via telephone, email & whatsapp
- Contacting patients to convert enquiries to consultations.
- Answering patient queries and advising on the procedures we offer
- Liaising with the team regarding new patients to ensure successful patient relationships with the business
- Ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the patient journey.
- Developing and maintaining patient relationships ensuring to follow up when required
- Reporting on conversion rates & feedback to management any further information
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of sales & aesthetics experience or medical clinic
- Experience of working with new patient enquiries & converting these into consultations
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good administration & organisation skills with data entry, Excel, & outlook
- Sales Driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Passionate about the aesthetics & medical aesthetics industry
- Enthusiasm to be part of a high achieving clinic
- Patient focused to ensure they get the care they require

Salary: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
