Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing 20 flexible working hours per week. The ideal candidate should be adept at working independently, taking initiative, and integrating well with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns on various social media platforms.
- Producing engaging content and ensuring our website is continually updated and managed effectively.
- Producing marketing materials to support the execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborating on campaign execution with the sales team.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and insights.
- Delivering product webinars to promote our offerings and engage with our audience.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing or related field OR direct experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
Location Requirements: While the role is predominantly remote, there may be a need for on-site presence during the summer months (July/August). In addition, the candidate must be willing to attend monthly in-person meetings at either London and / or Oxford.
Salary & Benefits: This role offers a pro rata salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (£10,500 - £11,500 actual), in addition to 28 days of annual leave and 2 days of volunteer leave on a pro rata basis (20 hours per week).
