Job Title: Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel arrangements for the sales team
- Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
