Are you an experienced Cruise Consultant looking for a new role with fantastic earning potential? If so, our client is a leading travel organisation with a dedicated and fast-growing cruise sales team and are now looking for Cruise Consultants to join their them, with the potential to earn ££££s!
Successful candidates will be sales-driven and enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the cruise sector and have strong sales and customer service skills. Experience with tailor-making cruise packages would be advantageous. In return, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £25k plus a generous, uncapped commission structure and excellent benefits! These are homebased roles and all equipment will be provided.

Role of Cruise Sales Consultant:
- Handling all cruise and cruise & stay enquiries
- Booking cruises, flights, transfers and other ancillary products
- Upselling where appropriate, arranging upgrades and other added value to maximise profit
- Offering expert advice and personal recommendations where appropriate
- Offering exceptional customer service with every client transaction
- Working to individual, team and company targets
Skills required for the role:
- Previous cruise sales experience - essential
- Previous experience with tailor-making packages would be an advantage
- Proven travel sales track record
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Sales-driven, enthusiastic and passionate about cruising
- Personal cruise experience would be an advantage
