Job description

Cranswick Fresh Poultry is hiring a Sales Admin to join the commercial team at our brand new, purpose-built processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.

You will be an integral part of the commercial team. Varying role to include general sales admin – processing of orders, filing, customer queries, maintaining equipment levels and to include holiday cover for the commercial team.

Shift pattern : Monday to Friday @ 07.00- 16.00

Duties and responsabilities :

• Assisting with intercompany and external B2B customer orders and queries
• Liaising with transport and supply chain including sample deliveries
• Sales invoicing and maintaining equipment
• Assisting with Morrisons queries
• Use of Microsoft office package

What you will need to have:

• Ideally 1 years’ experience working in an administration role although not essential
• Effective communicator
• Results-driven and proactive
• Analytical
