Job description
To work within the Operations Team and form a key part of the Sales team providing administrative support to the Sales Managers.
Main Objectives:
· Liaise with the Sales Managers and their customers on quotation requirements.
· Use our inventory management system to raise a Sales Order and provide quotes.
· Use our inventory management system to create invoices against Sales Orders.
· Use our inventory management system to check in house stock availability.
· Use Supplier B2B’s to find stock availability on their products in relation to quote requests.
· Take card payments for authorised Sales Orders
· Liaise with the Products team to get information required for customer quotes/orders.
· Track customer Sales Orders to ensure deliveries are going to meet deadlines.
· Liaise with the Purchasing team on orders placed for their Sales Orders and any late deliveries.
· Assist with the maintenance of customer information in the CRM and inventory management system.
· Work closely with the Operations Manager on the Sales Teams requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
