The Role:
We are looking to add a Sales Administrator to our expanding new business function, this role focuses on supporting the business to achieve our sales goals, working alongside the Co-Founder.
As a Sales Administrator, your primary responsibility will be owning the sales tracker, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling any enquiries that are made on Slack, email and phone
- Working on our sales tracker and CRM system to male sure that all sales prospects are closely managed and recorded
- Dealing with new enquiries, and nurturing those leads and staying in touch with them, to keep the relationship warm
- Helping to move both potential customers through our sales pipeline. Ensuring regular communication with prospects and the Co-Founder
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and systems
