About us
Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our friendly, professional and busy team at our Penge branch. You will need to be an accomplished sales administrator with a proven track record and have at least three years experience in this field. Ideally we would love you to have motor trade experience but this is not absolutely essential if you meet the other criteria as outlined in the job description.

The company has been successfully trading for over 70 years and has 12 locations in and around London and the south east of England representing Nissan, Hyundai, Renault, Fiat, Arbarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Dacia. About you
* You will be well organised and capable of prioritising on a daily basis
* You will have a proven track record in Sales Administration
* You will have superb written and verbal communication skills
* You will be adaptable and adept at taking on a busy workload
* You will be focused and objective driven
* You will have in depth systems knowledge and experience … Kerridge or a similar package would be ideal
* You will have excellent typing and data entry skills
The role
* Work closely with the sales department and provide the necessary administrative support
* Ensure that all necessary administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
* Assist with the invoicing of new and used vehicles.
* Assist with update and accurate maintenance of the part exchange vehicle stock system.
* Assist with vehicle taxation.
* Liaise on a daily basis with the sales team and keep them updated on vehicle administration.
* Work closely with the sales team in the processing of customer vehicle orders and all associated administration.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure that vehicles are ordered exactly to customer specifications.
* Respond to queries promptly.

Salary: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
