As a Sales Administrator working within our esteemed Power By The Hour team, you'll play a crucial role in managing and supporting our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating customer orders, negotiating and procuring top-quality parts, and ensuring a seamless interface with other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

- Customer Requirements Management: You'll excel in understanding and fulfilling our customer's needs, providing them with exceptional service every step of the way.
- Order Coordination: Your organizational skills will shine as you efficiently handle customer orders, ensuring smooth processes and timely deliveries.
- Negotiation and Procurement: Utilise your excellent negotiation skills to secure the best parts, ensuring top-notch quality for our customers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Teamwork is essential, and you'll interface with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Credit Note and Invoice Query Follow-Up: Your attention to detail will come into play as you manage credit notes and follow up on invoice queries.
- Day-to-Day Customer Communication: You'll be the friendly face our customers interact with daily, providing excellent communication and support.
- Creation & Updating of Customer Procedure Sheets: Your meticulous nature will shine in creating and updating customer procedure sheets.
