Your profile
The associate is a key point of contact for our clients and prospective consumers. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between the office, appointments and business development.
Whilst not an exhaustive list, the core responsibilities are as follows:
Qualifying applicants over the telephone- Managing a personal database of applicants
- Arranging and conducting property tours
- Receiving and providing viewing feedback
- Negotiating and handling offers
- Liaising with tenants and pre-tenancy progression team on referencing
- Updating clients on market conditions
- Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
- New business generation
Skills Required
The majority of your time will be spent supporting clients and applicants over the telephone, via email and in person. As such, you will need to be confident, personable and have excellent listening skills. You should have a demonstrated history of building relationships and being an effective high-level communicator. Being relatable, to our clients and identifying common ground with them is essential.
Experience in the property industry is not necessary, but life experience is a must. We require level-headed and driven individuals, who are looking to build a career where they can effectively transfer their existing skillset, and develop this further. You should be self-sufficient, driven to succeed, and able to stay calm under pressure.

We have identified a number of industries where the transferrable skills gained tend to align with those needed to succeed with us. These are: Hospitality; Event Planning, Travel/Cabin Crew, Theatre/Entertainment and Military Services.
Industry experience is not essential, but life experiences will give the applicant a competative advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Salary
£20,000.00
Commission
10% of Personal Banking
OTE
£38,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
Car Allowance
£2,400 Per Annum
