Who We Are
We’re a close-knit team of 16, working across 5 time zones, and we meet up 2-3 times a year to work, ideate and hang out (in 2022 it was London, Prague and Valencia).

What You'll Be Doing

We’re proud to set the standard for success in our industry. To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join our highly skilled team. Potential future roles include Head of Commercial or Operations.
- Build & lead sales and operations teams - we are growing these teams to 10 people in the next 12 months, so if you are an amazing coach, this is ideal!
- Strategic planning and execution of all business growth opportunities
- Create new sales and operations processes including go to market, revenue growth, and feature optimisation
- Partner with Marketing and Product, aligning customer experience with business vision
- Collect customer insights, design process solutions, analyse cost/benefit, and communicate results through Opply
- Setting and achieving operational KPIs for continuous sales cycle and customer experience improvement
- Take our current product and operations to the next level and ensure it is ready for thousands of brands to use!
- Together with the CEO build the long term commercial vision
What Experience You Have
- 5+ years in business operations or commercial management in a senior role, working with scalable software or operationally complex products
- Previous experience managing and coaching a growing team
- You are highly analytical and data-driven - you can execute on complex analyses, define critical metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business
- You can think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work well cross-functionally
- Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job
- Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
- B2B Marketplace experience preferred
- Experience in the food/consumer goods industry with buyers and suppliers preferred

Salary: £60,000-80,000+ Equity
