Job description
I’m currently looking for a freelance assistant who can support me with me growing workload on an ongoing temporary basis. The role is incredibly varied and will require someone who is exceptionally organised, efficient, with a diverse skill-set.
This is a part-time, remote position where the working hours can be flexible to suit your own schedule.
About me:
I’m a psychic medium, life coach and host of the popular spiritual podcast ‘The Happy Psychic’. I have an international client base that I offer 1-2-1 spiritual guidance and mediumship readings, workshops, online courses and physical events to. I also have an oracle card deck in the works.
The role:
A variety of tasks across the business that require a high level of organisation and coordination including:
- Organising venues and the moving parts of any physical events
- Liaising with media requests and media contacts
- Proactively sourcing and scheduling podcast guests
- Dealing with some aspects of marketing and PR (potentially including social media)
The person:
- Incredibly organised and detail orientated
- A clear communicator, confident in their ability to speak to/deal with a variety of people
- Commercially aware
- Past experience might include PA/EA or sales or business development support roles for example
- An interest in spirituality or mediumship would be beneficial
I’m currently looking to recruit someone who’s working or eager to work on a freelance self-employed basis. The role is remote work from home. Ideally the working hours (approx 8-12hrs per week) would be split over a 3-4 day working week however this can be flexible.

Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £10.00-£25.00 per hour
