About the role…
Our Daisy Sales Graduates join us every July, and take part in a two week Daisy Onboarding to fully immerse them into the business. This includes a tour of our Daisy offices, a meet and greet with our Executive Board and CEO to hear our strategic aims and an introduction to our Daisy University platform, not to mention meeting our previous Sales Graduates and hearing all about their own experiences!
Our 15 month Sales Graduate programme will enable you to rotate around our key business areas of Service Desk, Business Support, Retentions, Validations and Project Management to gain a solid understanding of Daisy. You will then move into our Sales Exposure areas, to gain an insight into the direction you see your career taking.
Throughout the programme, you will take part in a number of skills builder weeks, to enable you to hone those crucial power skills to drive forward your career, including self confidence, resilience, time management, emotional intelligence and presentation skills.
Towards the end of the scheme each Graduate will be assessed and a suitable post Graduate Scheme role will be discussed and assigned.
Apprenticeship:
Successful candidates will also have access to a fully funded Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship program. This will be completed over a period of 18 months, and will include online and face to face masterclasses, private study and on the job learning.
