Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Position Type: Full Time
Location: UK - Remote
This is what you will do:
- To regularly attain and exceed targets as delivered by Sterling
- To ensure a work rate that delivers consistent results
- To speak with prospects, mainly by ‘phone and web meetings, to understand their requirements, and debate with them the merits of a commercial partnership with Sterling
- To maintain and utilise all systems put at your disposal to succeed, e.g. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom etc and become a master of efficiency through technology
- To finesse the science and art of professional selling, and understand that this is a process of constant learning and improvement
- To become an active part of the team, helping others succeed as they help you
This Is The Job For You If You are an individual that likes working in a faced paced environment where “outside the box” thinking is encouraged. If you are driven, a self motivator, a great listener and have excellent attention to detail with a real desire to succeed then we want to hear from you

- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong, articulate English writing and communication skills; keen listening abilities
- Dynamic go-getter attitude
- Professional presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent time management skills, ability to follow protocols and prioritise multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn
- Sales experience in a business to business role is highly advantageous but not necessary
