We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Solutions team, who will be responsible for managing business needs analysis and related systems development efforts.
Main duties include;
· Analysing business needs, defining systems solutions as required, and supporting the development and maintenance of technical and functional specifications
· Being responsible for the support and maintenance of the SYSPRO system incorporating all modules
· Working with the business teams to conduct business process analysis and needs assessments
· Assist in defining test plans from the system design documents
· Follow-through on testing, support for staff training and subsequent system roll-out
· Manage assigned projects through to successful implementation
· Proactively identify opportunities to apply technologies to business process concerns
· Work closely with all members of the IS team to implement cross-platform solutions
· Establish effective working relationships with our business partners
Ideal candidates will have the following;
· BA or BS (or equivalent) in Computer Science, management, math or related area
· Experience with global ERP systems
· Resource planning experience
· Ability to think strategically and out of the box
· Code management knowledge
· Strong pro-active communicator with the ability to influence others
· Ability to produce high quality work under pressure and within tight timescales
· An ability to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively
· Strong team player with flexible attitude to work priorities
