Our team is all about the Digital Era, established globally and quickly building locally, we’re transforming the Accounting Industry. We use Cloud Accounting such as Xero, Dext, Quickbooks and our Sleek Tech to work smartly and efficiently with our SME clients.
We’re now searching for a talented and driven Sales Executive to help us sell and upsell Sleek’s Services to customers who rely on them. To be successful in this role: you should have demonstrable experience with high volume sales, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, all evidenced by your previous wins!
What will you be doing?
- Converting inbound and self-sourced leads into successful sales
- Upselling Sleek’s products and services
- Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and partnerships with strategic players
- Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs
- Drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
- Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship
- Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience, working with external clients, with a proven track record selling complex products. A background in selling B2B, SAAS, Accounting or Tech products or services would be advantageous.
- A natural affinity to be proactive, solution and target orientated.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
- Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
- Hubspot experience would be advantageous
