We aim to help landlords stop paying excessive management fees and help renters live and work comfortably anywhere in the world.

Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities around the world. You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.

About the Role:

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing team and assist with numerous activities within the company including:

· Initial discussions and communication with potential landlords

· Negotiating offers with landlords

· Attending relevant property events and exhibitions

· Be active in creatively promoting Flex Living’s services to landlords

· Viewing properties physically or virtually depending on the location

· Chasing on offers

· Closing deals with landlords

About You:

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

· Consistency in delivering high-quality work.

· Great negotiation skills

· Fast learner

· Comfortable with technology

· Motivation to grow as a leader and build a strong team.

· Happy to travel around London to different properties.

Salary: £35,000 to £55,000+ Commissions depending on experience

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate to London before starting work (required)
