Our client, a friendly boutique Family Law practice in the West End, are seeking an enthusiastic administrator / PA to support their small but friendly, relaxed and professional team. The ideal candidate will have worked in either an Accountancy or Legal organisation and want to take a step forward to becoming a Legal PA.

• Diary Management / calendar scheduling
• General office administration / running errands
• Legal assistant / case work
• Document management
• Liaising with the Courts
• Preparing client letters
• Audio/copy typing letters for a number of different partners
• Arranging meetings with clients and updating Partners diaries
