Sales Executive
Part Time (2 – 3 days per week)
Based in Slough, Berkshire
£25,000 to £60,000 (pro rata) – depending on experience

The business has grown rapidly over the last few years and we are now poised to take it to the next level. As such we are seeking an experienced, tenacious, confident, well-organised, disciplined, hungry sales executive to join our team. You will be responsible for picking up the phone and making B2B calls from leads supplied to you as well as generating your own leads.
Overall scope of the job
· To retain and grow existing clients and win new business (split 30/70)
· Understand the product offerings and how they support audience needs
· Identifying leads and selling into new markets/verticals without relying on inbound leads
· Building and maintaining relationships with existing key customers
· Upselling to existing clients
· Contributing to the companies delivery of business objectives to create scale across the UK
· Solution selling
Experience
Must have at least 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of selling into any of the following sectors: -
Events
Exhibitions
Marketing Agencies
Brands
Hospitality
Corporate Offices
Leisure
Public Sector (particularly NHS and Trusts)
Universities
Experience selling into any of the above verticals would be highly desirable but not essential.
Day to day activities will include identifying new markets and leads, creating a database of leads to contact, making calls, following up on leads, writing proposals where necessary, preparing quotations and above all closing deals. You will be expected to keep the CEO updated on your pipeline regularly and as well as keeping the company’s CRM system updated at all times. To assist you in your role you will be given full training and support on the product range and CRM system.
Although your role will be office based, there is an expectation for you to be out in the field on new client visits across the UK where necessary.
