We are a cybersecurity company, seeking to develop and nurture leads using outbound sales via telephone, LinkedIn and email campaigns that you will lead.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a strong understanding of sales techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
You will mostly be using LinkedIn, email and phone calls to cold prospects. You must have experience and a proven success track record to qualify for this job. The job is heavily focused on performance-based pay, with a commission paid for each lead generated that results in an introductory meeting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into customers.
- Provide customer service support and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Utilise CRM software to track sales progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
