We are seeking a new enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our busy new & used car sales team. Working with the Ford brand and the largest family-owned independent Ford Dealer in Northern Ireland.
You get paid for every sale! Plus a bonus scheme and incentives. We offer a very competitive bonus scheme and on target earnings, with no limitations.
You will receive highly recognised and transferable training at the exclusive Ford Academy and learn valuable skills for your career in the Motor Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the high standard of display at Desmond Motors, ensuring all cars are test drive/viewing ready.
- Complete each sale to Ford Standard.
- Accompany customers on vehicle test drives.
- Greet customers in a timely manner as they enter the showroom.
- Provide vehicle demonstrations for new and used cars.
- Ensure at all times throughout the sale process you are following all FDA guidelines.
- Assist your team to display & photograph the cars on the forecourt.
- Advise customer on the finance, monthly payments, trade-in options, and warranties available on vehicles.
- Up-sell accessories and add-ons at every opportunity.
- Provide an excellent experience for customers, creating customer loyalty and advocacy.
Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum of Maths & English G.C.S.E Grade C or equivalent.
- Experience in sales is advantage but not essential. Sales experience in cars or vans is an advantage.
- Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and have an enthusiastic personality.
- A true desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
- Able to demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm; together with a willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.
- Listen well, influence & advise.
- Manage and close existing deals while cultivating new opportunities.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
- Must hold a valid Driving licence.
Work Schedule:
Our Sales Executives work 5 out of 7 days each week which will include 1 late night until 7.30 pm and rotated Saturdays from 9 am to 2.30 pm. Bank holidays are half days and rotated. You will receive a full day's holiday for any Bank Holidays worked plus full days pay.
