Sales Executive
Salary: Up to £25k Basic salary - OTE £50K - £70K
Our top earners take home over £70k and so can you! You'll be converting top quality leads, earning great money from our bespoke commission structure, learning about the car finance business and developing your skills through our inhouse training academy.
We dont believe in Cold calling, leave that in the 1980's. We pay top money for our leads so you dont need to worry about hitting target as long as you put in the work. Our customers are from all walks of life whether its looking for a cheap run around all the way to a Sports car for the weekends, either way we can accomodate all types of customers. We have ambitions to grow the business to a 50 person organisation and hopefully with your help and hard work we can achieve our goals as well as helping you achieve yours, whether it be career progression or at the very least earning good money.
What makes you successful?
- Upbeat, positive and resilient approach to sales and getting it done!
- At least 1 year of sales experience ideally working in a fast paced environment on the phones.
Car Finance R us are looking for Hungry, driven and relentless sales professionals to join an already successful team of great sellers. You will be confident, hardworking and taking a consultative sales approach to new and existing customers - if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. You will be completing a sale from start to finish so you are in full control of the deal with a supportive management and training team on hand to help and assist you along the way.
