Sales Exec
About this role:
This role is responsible for selling BT & EE’s standard products – across mobile, connectivity, and IP voice. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships from a desk-based environment, managing a range of accounts. Customer satisfaction is also a significant so therefore strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers is key for this role.
You will work with a SME customer base and will be accountable for order needs across the BT product range.
This role is based in our Birmingham office
You'll have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering against targets either on your own or as part of a team
Responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities, regular and consistent calling of SME accounts and promotion of BT products and services
Identify opportunities to sell to new business customers
Influence decision makers to make timely decisions
You'll have the following:
