Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to help us expand our business by recruiting and developing new clientele. You will be responsible for the recruitment of new clients, selling our services to prospective clients and retaining current clients. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and can prioritize tasks. You will be expected to generate leads, answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and close sales. You will also be expected to manage your own time during the day to accomplish your sales goals. This position requires you to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new clients within existing clientele by calling, emailing, or visiting prospects on a regular basis
- Present our services to prospective clients in an engaging and informative manner
- Present key benefits of working with us to prospects who are likely interested in our services
- Build relationships with prospects through creative sales approaches such as email campaigns, webinars, contests, etc.
- Respond to job leads from potential new clients by setting appointments, following up with qualified leads within 24 hours
- Manage your time during the day using our CRM system to ensure you meet all quotas for call-to-customer time-to-close (CTOC)
- Maintain active communication with our internal team of sales managers, account managers, and support staff
- Stay organized and follow up on leads throughout the year so we can report on sales activity for the month
- Report sales activity at the end of the month so we can review performance against goals for the month
- Attend monthly staff meetings where training sessions are held for new hires and existing clients who may need assistance in using our software system correctly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £24,468.00-£27,905.00 per year
