As the Sales Engineer (Utility/Renewable) you will be responsible for the business development in one or more strategic industries. This role requires to analyze the current accounts in this industry and define a plan to collaborate with certain strategic customers. As a key point of contact, you will identify business opportunities in this specific industry and engage with new prospects, drive relationships, define and execute the sales strategy. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Increase sales of Professional Tools in the industry segments.
- Establish and maintain relations with companies in this industry segment(s).
- Build a robust database of customers and partners (CRM).
- Build a comprehensive business plan working closely with relevant partners in your region. Drive the execution of the defined sales approach.
- Explore new opportunities based on continuous analysis of the market, map biggest projects and stay updated on market trends and competition.
- Establish connections, partnerships and synergies with key distributors, stakeholders (associations) and experts within and outside of Emerson.

- Excellent communication skills to develop new business and to leverage existing relationships
- Good presentation skills and capable of establishing good relations with customers at different levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable and confident in presenting physical tools to a variety of users including specifiers, major contractors and end users
- Flexible for travelling up to 90 %
For This Role, You Will need:
- Technical Sales experience, ideally electrical.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
