Job description
- Assist the partnership team in translating client requirements into a new onboarding application.
- Aid in defining and scoping limited-duration customer Proof of Concept (POC) or trials to facilitate execution by the technical team.
- Develop simple high-level plans and timelines for each client use case delivery.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure they have all necessary resources for setting up new POC, including gathering and sharing credentials, facilitating Q&A sessions, etc.
- Work with operators to obtain specification documentation and access details (account and credentials) required for operator API integration.
- Provide support for the technical delivery of operator integration projects as needed, including attending weekly calls with the technical team, assisting the technical project lead with operator communications, Q&A, troubleshooting, and conducting functional testing.
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage their own schedule and prioritise tasks.
- Proactive and motivated, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrates resilience and maintains a positive attitude when facing challenges.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of 'identity' is advantageous, but expertise in APIs, Data, and delivering solutions is essential.
- Proven experience in client delivery, presales, and technical project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, tailoring the communication style based on the audience (e.g., Tech, Software, or Website Managers).
- Skilled in collaborating across different departments to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within deadlines.
