We are looking for a Sales Director to lead the sales function for the Digital Manufacturing Solutions and Services area of our business. The role will have responsibility for 6 sales professionals across the UK and Northern America for a leading MES and Smart factory solutions provider.

Working with prestigious blue chip clients across multiple manufacturing sectors, you will be responsible for the delivery of the companies order intake and client relationships. Helping to grow the business in perhaps one of the fastest moving markets and working at the heart of the 4th industrial revolution!

SUMMARY OF ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends, keeping up to date with changes
Develop and implement strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of Cimlogic
Develop and own strategic account plans
Develop and maintain senior level (C Suite) relationships with target accounts
Build and maintain long lasting mutually beneficial customer relationships
Own, deliver, and exceed annual company sales targets
Coordinate sales activities with the other departments (existing sales and operations)
Understand our customers objectives at individual, departmental and corporate levels and adapt our solutions / products to suit within the capability of our offerings

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

You will have:
Hands on experience in strategic planning and business development
Experienced in MES/MOM, Internet of Things (IOT), Industry 4.0, big data/analytics, digital twins, solutions for smart factories, intelligent plant
Accomplished at working across OT and IT at the senior decision maker level impacting strategy and future technological development and evolution
Experienced across a broad range of technologies, products, platforms
Independent with the ability to straddle various technologies, technical solutions, products, and platforms and be able to articulate the value/benefit of each
Experienced in working for international clients (Pharma, GCP, F&B, Industrials etc)
Previous experience as Business Development Director, Sales Director
