As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TalentNeuron, you'll be at the forefront of introducing organizations to our innovative talent analytics solutions. EMEA is one of our fastest-growing markets, and you will be working directly with our experienced sales team to uncover and convert new revenue opportunities today and beyond.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Own outbound prospecting for your territory using a mix of channels – cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with our experienced sales team to tailor strategies that resonate in different industries and countries.
- Drive Meaningful Interactions: Craft and refine a pitch that showcases TalentNeuron’s offerings and strikes a chord with our prospective clients.
- Uncover Insights: Leverage research and industry trends to become an expert in our prospects’ challenges and priorities. Your insights will lay the foundation for impactful connections.
- Organise Your Territory: Utilise our CRM to track progress and document interactions.
What You Will Need:
- Proactive self-starter who is eager to learn and looking to build a career in sales
- Strong communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management skills
- University degree or 3+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably for a tech or data product.
- A competitive yet collaborative spirit—you are self-motivated and embrace coaching and guidance to continually improve your performance
- CRM and sales tools experience preferred
