Job description
We are recruiting a Receptionist to work as part of our fantastic team based on Regent Street and St James. The successful candidate will work on a ground floor reception in our ever growing portfolio. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun ever growing team. This position allows for you to work in several different types of customers within a fast-pace environment.
This is a permanent, full time role, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Main Responsibilities- Delivering professional high-quality service.
- To work efficiently and effectively in order to deliver prompt and reliable service
- Anticipating the needs of both customers of the buildings and the visitors.
- Actioning emails and answering phone calls in a timely manner.
- To ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background and will have the ability to think on their feet, learn quickly, form relationships easily and thrive on change.
