Job Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include:
- This is a critical role that will provide administration support sending screening invitations out to applicants and collating various documentation.
- To review completed online application forms against candidate CVs.
- To conduct due diligence on interviewers’ notes, requesting any additional checks.
- You will follow up with candidates and third-party vendors requesting any missing information required for screening.
- You will review the screening report, sign off all components and submit it to the client for final sign off.
- You will escalate any anomalies during the applicant screening process and action any
- You will conduct calls with candidates to verify documents for criminal record checks
- To support ad-hoc projects related to background screening process re-design.
- Ensure accuracy of all screening data and is uploaded correctly on internal systems
- Regularly review and report on Screening progress with HR using MS Excel, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise.
- To support an annual audit of the third-party vendor’s screening process.

Essential Skills
- The successful applicant will have significant administration, candidate screening or Security vetting experience.
- Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and adopt a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills required building a rapport with culturally diverse individuals.
- Highly articulate, good verbal and written English is essential.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment will be required.
- Highly computer literate able to use Microsoft Office to an intermediate standard.
- Will hold the right to work in the UK and will be able to evidence five years checkable history as a minimum.
